OFFICE MANAGER/
BOOKKEEPER

Looking for a dedicated, flexible, and energetic office manager/bookkeeper that has at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience. This professional will also be required to have significant payroll experience.  

 

This position will perform a variety of tasks such as payroll, ordering supplies for all remote locations, preparing and filing business property tax returns, filing sales tax, and bookkeeping.  

 

This position will be remote and part-time.

ACCOUNTING CLERK

Looking for a hard-working accounting professional eager to be trained for providing support to our accounting specialists.  

 

This enthusiastic individual will be responsible for cash & credit card receipts reconciliation, daily sales, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and accounting reconciliations.

 

The Specialist will be responsible for other duties assigned below and under the direction of the senior accountant.

This position is part-time or PRN (as duties are needed).
